Our Story

Chris Pinion and Steve Reed started Restoration Coffee when Chris, Steve's long-time friend, discovered Steve was doing ministry with coffee growers in Guatemala. Chris, being a coffee aficionado, came up with an idea off-the-cuff.

"What if we used coffee to help people raise money for worthy causes" Chris asked "and gave back in some way to everyone in the chain of growing coffee?"

"If you can cover the production of the coffee in the United States, I can get you to the coffee growers in Guatemala and Honduras" Steve answered.

With a single handshake the company got started.
