Refund Policy

We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If not, contact us at at info@restorationcoffee.co or (913) 735-4673 withinn 60 days of purchase, and we will promptly refund your money for the order in question or send you another shipment of coffee of equal value. Please be aware, we may request any of the following, depending on the nature of the request:

Abuse Prevention

We strive to do our best to correct any situations that may make you unsatsified with your purchase. However, we also cannot afford to needlessly give away free product. We maintain minimal margins in order to maximize the cheritable impact of your purchase with our non-profit partners. Therefore, we may take the following actions in order to prevent abuse of our liberal refund policy:

  1. We may limit a single customer to three (3) refund requests in a rolling annual basis.
  2. If replacing a large order, we may send a small sample, in order to verify satisfaction before a full replacement is sent.
  3. We may refuse to fulfill orders placed by frequent abusers (see (i) for details), and instead provide a refund.
